This toolkit is a collection of the knowledge generated through TTI’s Policy Engagement and Communications (PEC) program in Anglophone Africa. It is intended to help African think tanks - and many others – to continue to excel and improve in their PEC abilities. It contains guiding principles, tips and suggested approaches to help better plan, package, disseminate and evaluate policy engagement and communications strategies.
